Longannet Power Station was a large coal fired power station in Fife, and the last coal fired power station in Scotland. It was capable of co-firing biomass, natural gas and sludge. The station stood on the north bank of the Firth of Forth. near Kincardine. It closed 24/3/2016.
Drager BA sets at first then they moved to Sabre BA sets.
6 or 7 firemen per shift, station workers who were volunteers for the Fire Party
