The yard at Windmillhill Street. The top floor of the building on the left was the Divisional HQ when Lanarkshire was two Divisions. The further away downstairs windows was the kitchen/canteen/TV room and the nearer ones was a house. Most of the middle floor was the bedrooms and assembly room. The bottom left hand bit was the ADO's house. It was a cold draughty station in winter. (Nicky O'Hara)
